We highly recommend booking gorilla trekking and chimpanzee tracking as far in advance as possible, ideally 3-6 months ahead of your visit. Permits are limited and sell out quickly. For other activities, a few days' notice is usually sufficient.
Absolutely. Our travel desk can handle the entire process of securing your gorilla trekking permits and building a full itinerary for your trip to Bwindi or Mgahinga National Park.
Many of our activities are family-friendly! The boat cruises, visits to the Entebbe Zoo (UWEC), and Botanical Gardens are excellent for all ages. Age restrictions apply for gorilla trekking (typically 15+ years) and some other adventures, which we can clarify when you book.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability—just let us know in advance.
Yes, our restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring both international cuisine and local Ugandan specialties. We also have a bar where you can relax with a drink.
Our standard room cancellation policy requires 48 hours' notice for a full refund. For tours and activities, especially those involving permits like gorilla trekking, specific non-refundable policies apply due to third-party costs. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
